Process Overview

  2. Your request will be routed to management. You’ll get an email confirm.

  3. Receive the approval/denial request and all other details

  4. Event staff will contact the event on your behalf and acquire paperwork, invoice, etc. and submit to finance for approval, manage contract approval, payment details, etc.

  5. We’ll keep you in the loop.
