How does Eventbox Work?

To allow for processing and shipping, event requests must be submitted at least 21 days in advance.

  1. Click below and enter details about the event you want to sponsor and exhibit.

  2. Your request will be routed for approval, contracting and payment. You’ll be kept in the loop.

  3. Once approved, an Eventbox planner will contact you. They will coordinate your event from start to finish.

  4. Your exhibit and supplies will be shipped to and from the event site.

  5. Show up, set up, repack, and leave everything in the booth. We’ll handle the rest.
